	Manual Gearbox Failure of the following internal mechanical parts: Gears, synchro- mesh hubs, selectors, shafts, bearings and bushes, and transfer gears.


	Automatic Gearbox Failure of the following internal mechanical parts:Shafts, gears, clutches, brake bands, valve block, governor, oil pump, bearings and bushes, servo, drive plate, transfer gears, computer governor, fluid cooler, excluding converter and all external leakages, electric fittings, and electronic controls.

Limitations

The cover shall cease to be in force immediately after the occurrence of any accident qualifying for payment

The cover shall cease to be in force when the subject vehicle is sold.

The warranty does not cover any damages caused due to driver's negligence, lack of service or maintenance.

The warranty does not cover any damages unless the vehicle is serviced and maintained under our observation in our own premises.


	Casings Damage caused to casings and to other mechanical and electrical parts (except batteries) as a direct result of the failure of a covered component is included.


	Suspension Coil springs, leaf springs, wishbone, self leveling reservoir, pump regulator and valves. Excluding bushes, ball joints, swivel joints and shock absorbers.


	Oil Seals Crankshaft oil seal, auxiliary oil seal, gearbox rear seal, drive shafts seals,differential pinion seal.
